Re: holset turbo ID?
last time i checked holsets didnt have a/r numbers. correct me if i am wrong.
i have heard of fake holsets on ebay though. sad as it is. if its has an a/r, perhaps its not the real deal? measure the compressor wheel size to get an idea what it is. you may be able to find a listing of wheel dimensions online somewhere. its not an hy35 and its not an he351 that i know. past that... could be many of them. fred. |
Re: holset turbo ID?

Re: holset turbo ID?
Looks like a Garret turbine housing and center section with a holset coldside. Should be a pretty nice turbo as long as the turbine wheel isn't to huge. And the compressor side looks more like a hx40 to me..can you get some measurements of the compressor wheel?
