I've dropped a good bit of weight, beginning of senior year I was 225, now I'm ~180. Funny thing is, all I did was cut the ---- foods out of my diet, like cookies and ice cream and good stuff like that

I lost weight just by dropping Soda. Propel is it and one soda at dinner vs the 6-8 I used to drink. I also stopped making trips to the snack machine. Smoking is next on the list...yeah right!

Im gainin like a mother ******, when I was in 8th grade I was like 5'7 150, 11th grade 5'10 170, now im 6'0 205
