All the way from Morehead to Myrtle Beach there are several (actually tons) of Marina's. Topsail is a nice place. Def. not Wilmington though. Wilmington is about 45min from Top Sail. I'd say your closer to Jacksonville.

Could be worse...you could live in Fayetteville. I'm still down here for work and it reminds me of the dirty streets of Newark or Elizabeth complete with crackheads and hookers. :P

Yeah def. closer to jacksonville, topsail is like 5 or 10 minutes from the back gate of camp lejeune

your right. jacksonville is a lot closer but cape fear boat works is a pretty big opperation and have a lot of business right now, i dont plan to live there long its just a temporary place to live untill i can find someone closer into wilmington to live. and i just dont know if i can deal with all the marines down there. i have met a lot of cool as marines dont get me wrong and i really appriciate what they do (way more ***** than me...) but for the better part their dicks... to put it lightly. i believe id rather hang out towards wilmington. the guy i spoke with down there has family that live on topsail about 5 min south of the stop light in surf city (thats bad...THE stop light...haha) and he said its about 35 miles from their shop to there. thats not too bad.

for your benefit, I think Lejeune is also heading back in the winter....

and yeah, if your not into hanging out with Marines, living in a Marine town probably isn't the best idea. Something to think about though, most Marines head to Wilmington or that direction for Saturday fun. At least me and all of my friends would......

from my expirence yall are all cool as ---- untill you get around more than about 10 of you and still there are the few that are cool as ----. idk i reckon ill see how it goes when and if it all goes down. im going to talk to a guy at crown honda tomorrow and a ford dealer and a few other places so well see what happens.
