hmt sizzling steak recipe
one of the easiest recipes that i make..
not that many ingrediants.. not that many steps..
its a perfect hmt recipe unlike the ****** ---- jd made
hmt recipes should = minimal effort and achieve maximum taste.
my favorite thing to eat next to this recipe is potato wedges.. i like making em thick as ---- too.. with seasoned salt.. and have a plate full of sizzling steak.. with the potato wedges on the side.. dip the wedges into the sauce and take a ------- bite and omfg
anyways.. heres the recipe..
meat with minimal fat content.. slice it semi thin.. i did mine about 1/2 inch thick
cut out the fat and shred it into long shreds
ingrediants = salt/pepper/sugar/honey (ran outta honey so all i had was condiment packs this time ) bbq sauce.. butter.. and onions..
put 3/4 stick of butter into stir fry pan or tfal pot. i used a tfal pot
wait for butter to melt.. and get hot.. then toss in meat shreds..
stir.. add salt/pepper
peel/half the onions.. then slice the halves as shown
then grab the half you sliced up and hold it in both hands and act like your polishing a baseball.. to break it up.. its really hit or miss.. i was tired today so i fucked up my first try
but came out perfect on my second try

toss in onions
you can start adding sugar at this part.. i never have a set amount of sugar.. but i dont think ive even put in more than half a cup..
add bbq sauce/honey/water (i had half a thing of bbq sauce so i dumped the honey inside it.. added the water. .shook it and dumped it into the pot)
let it simmer
simmer
simmer
let it simmer as long as it needs to... you need to use a wooden spoon to stir it ever once in a while.. to keep it from burning at the bottom.. everyonce in a while id take out a piece of meat and try it.. if its not soft enough i let it sit more.. untill i try one piece and it melts in my mouth..
done.

omfg.. if only i had potatoes to make potato wedges.. ittd have been ------- awesome.. but i fucked up on this ---- cause i didnt realize that we only had half a thing of bbq sauce/no honey/no potatoes untill after i started
but this ---- comes out tasting awesome everytime.. honestly its a recipe you cant ---- up.. unless you add more than half a cup of sugar.. or if you touch it with soy sauce...
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TOUCHING THIS ---- WITH SOY SAUCE
you will ---- up the taste..
it looks like its alot of onions in the beginning.. but the onions shrink..
i dont know what to compare the taste to.. other than its my fav dish..
