I think if you can build something like that you lose your redneck status. Now if he built it and then it completely fell apart or went bizzerk I think he'd still hold his redneck name. Or he built it just to move back to his mom's trailer home cause his wife left him for his brother and took his pickup truck. Then he'd still be a redneck. Either way that thing is pretty badass. pull that v-twin and put a blackbird engine on it.
