Default HMT Ridgeline....maybe

I have been toying with the idea of HMT'ing a turbo for my Ridgeline. I figure it will be something like STS turbos, mount the turbo at the rear or underneath the vehicle. I've got to do some calculating to get the turbo sized properly, and also figure out how to manage the fuel. The Ridgeline is coil on plug, so there's no distro to adjust timing. Also, there aren't any ECU upgrades out there yet, and on top of all that..the motor is 10:1 comp. I'm thinking of running a 4-5 psi setup with a fmu.

I've personally seen a Pilot engine handle a 100 shot, so surely it can handle a few pounds of boost.

anyone know the injector flow rate on the ridgeline?

why would you void your warrenty and risk ruining a brand new motor for 5psi.. in a truck no less. hwo much fun can you have in a ridgeline anyway. i am mr. negative though so whatever.

I'd try to fix the ugliness of the Ridgeline before I tried to make it faster. Honda makes baby jesus cry when he thinks about the Ridgeline.

You slay me.

If you want to a truck to mod, buy a turbo diesel.
If you want a truck to drive around the city, tow the kids, and carry a couch, buy a ridgeline.

I think the ridgeline looks alright, never been in one or anything so I cant vouch for thatshit

It would definetely be different but I wouldnt do it, warranty is key on the first release of a car

I think you're full of ---- and would never bother to try to turbo something that is A: not worth doing. B: a big waste of money when you gernade it. It looks at though you just want a topic to discuss.
