HMT repairs, Canadian stylez.(56k, drop dead)

It all started about 6 months ago when I crashed my car into a curb. i came around a corner too fast and my front crossmember smoked the curb and bent it back about 6 inches, being the poor ass mofo I am, I payed some mexican to fix it. A new crossmember, a new rad, new control arms and $400 dollars later she was fixed, kinda.

the alignment was really bad and I burned through 2 sets of tires in a couple months. also numerous parts in the front where fucked as a result of the accident, and the wheels sat far back in the wheel well.

so last night I finaly got around to fixing numerous parts, and finally got a good look at what was fucked.

this is the wheel sitting in the back of the wheelwell

you know your ball joint is fucked when....

After cutting both ends off I Built my HMT style press, 2 sockets and a C clamp!

Notice all the piles of wood, my welder, two jack stands, a jack and a tire? I had my car fall on my feet once, so I don't take any chances. also not visible is wood in the wheel weels to prevent the suspension compressing in case the car actually did fall. the ---- on the floor is from the tranny, the damn axle came out and i didn't realize it till it was too late.

I'm pretty sure all those white dots are alien orbs.

I usually paint everything with black paint when i'm done to keep the rust out, but i didn't have any black left, thus BLING BLING, yeah thats snow on the ground.

----, damn mexican never replaced my ------- rod, o well, to fix my wheel sitting so far back I take both bushings and put them on the front of the front crossmember, with onlt the metal piece on the back side..

I noticed honda designers built a little extra in to the car, when I saw this I imediately thought of hotrex and tryed to have gay sex with it, but unfortunately was unsuccesful.

wow, a car that is actually less visaully appealing than mine, I'm impressed. I like how you removed that thing that goes under the head lights and middle area of the front of the hood, weight reduction?

lol. Thats some funny ----. You painted your coilovers in the snow (probably too cold to paint), you painted them "Compton Gold", and you painted part of your house too.
Then your story about hitting kids on bikes really does have some backing, cause the front of your car looks like you've hit plenty of them. Damn, that's sweet. ;)

actually I hit a mexican kid on a bike, and it fucked it up pretty bad, so I just pulled it off, thats why the hood is fucked too and the bumber is pushed back pretty far on one side.

tomorow i'll show you how to fix bent bumbers, fix big ass holes in the exhaust, and reduce the weight of your car by removing parts you never even knew where there!

and, I'm doing a clutch job in a $150 ae86, so i'll have a right up on that(funny things are deffinately gona happen) and some driftin vids(gona be awesome cause thecarsa not mine!)

well, when I had it up there I also did a HMT style alignment, I just drew lines on the garage floor and messed around with a straight edge till they were lined up, I also replaced an axle, tie rod, and ball joint on the passenger side, plus moved the bushings with those radious rods(or whatever they are). I took it for a spin today and man, it hauls around corners, I don't notice any more wheel hop on hard launches or any less for that matter, the front suspension seemed to have tightend up tho, and really graps the corners hard.
But working all through the night really did a number on me, I'm so ------- sick right now, and probly will have to delay my other HMT style repairs till sunday.
