Default hmt recipe: leftovers Monte Crisco

Well i looked in the fridge and there was almost nothing. It made me sad, so i was like ---- it, im going to make some weird ----. I had some left over meatloaf and mashed potatoes that my girl made me two or three days ago. Saw some cheese. And eggs. And bread. Then i wanted to make a sandwich. So here we go.
1. Heat pan to about 350.
2. Crack 5 eggs into a bowl and mix really good.

Then i Got my stuff all together. Cut the meatloaf into little chunks and preheated them in the microwave. Two slices of cheese.

3. Soak the bread in the egg. I soaked both sides, but the inside took forever to cook and kinda made the bread a little too much like french toast so i recommend only doing one side.

4. Put the bread in the pan and put on the meatloaf (or whatever stuffings your going to use.) i topped it with mashed potatoes.

5. Don't forget the cheese.

6. Now top it with the other peice of bread.

7. Let them sizzle for a little bit then turn the heat down so they don't burn but the insides will still cook.

8. After a little while (probably 7-8 minutes) they looked like this.

I liked it. But my girl said she wasn't going to touch it OR me for two days after i ate it. I don't blame her, i got some bad *** gas right now. But yeah maybe just toasted bread would have been better but it this is how i did it, and it came out pretty good.

I bet it looks better coming out then before. Damn that looks like some desperately hardcore nignog leftover slop concoction. My cornhole just shivered and winced looking at that. I'm curious to what it taste like though. Looks like something Hardees/Carl Jr's would sell.

Haha thats great. But yeah thats the best i could come up with using leftovers. Well probably not cuz i had eggs, and i could live off of eggs and ramen. I thought it actually tasted pretty decent, and with toasted bread instead of egg it would have been a damn good sandwich.

toasting would have been a solid choice.
