I showed this thread to my wife and she tought she'd give it a try...

She made this for me last night... fried ice cream, complemented nicely with a bottle of Widmere Blond Ale



Next up, we are going to try the fajitas... they look yummy!

you guys didn't read the write up too well, it's a minimum of 20 hours of freezer waiting time because you have 5 hours after shaping, and then 3 layers of breading with 5 hours freezing after each layer. so this project looks to be 24 hours because it's going to take me about 4 hours to do all the breading, shaping, and frying because I'm slow like that.

you can fry it immediately after the last coat if you want, you dont necessarily have to freeze it again after.
