Buk you really should try tequila sometime. It gives me an extra crazy type drunk, it's fun as long as you don't go off murdering people or anything.

Rind is where 90% of the flavor is. The pith should ideally be disposed of.

Zest the lemon first, then peel it and use the juicy inside + zest to make the lemonade.
