wastegate actuator hitting the block?
Solution? Mount the actuator on the block, extend the arm with a threaded rod from homedepot... and your ready to roll...

Ha, that is interesting that Bermanator hasn't replied yet. Hope we fixed that coolant leak
More pics!
Hotrex's "300"hp D
Bermanator's friend's Corolla wagon had a 4AGE in it complete with ITB's, I thought that was kind of cool.
CSaddict burning a chip and Bermanator looking astonished at the Uber-power being unleashed
This is how mahcivic spent most of the meet
Finally got that thing running at like 100 PM last night, spooled nice, looked good, another HMT fan sent home happy.

car runs well. bermenator forgot to get a 2 wire iacv, so its got a 1200 rpm idle. pulls nice for 6 psi. when i tapped my oil pan for my hatch i had a lift. ------- sucked under there trying to get that bitch on. everything cam out ------- nice though. i was impressed big time how well it ran. no CELs at all, little exhuast leak but over all, he was really happy.
and yes we drank pepsi. bitch :P

hey everyone! yeah i made it home fine last night except for one thing... my fuel return line popped off my fuel rail and we had to reattach it and reclamp the line... no big deal. otherwise the car is runniong awesome, it's boosting 4.5-5 pounds and pulls really hard. theres a really tiny oil leak from the turbo's oil return line but i'm going to jack it up tonight and tighten it up. should i put some JB weld around it or something to stop the leak? i'm really impressed with how well it's running and everything seems fine i'm not losing any oil or coolant i've been checking them both every hour at least. would it be alright for me to turn up the boost 1 pound more and see how it runs, listen for knocking or pinging and making sure everything's okay or should i just wait till i get my JRC FMIC?
thanks everyone for your help, hotrex is god.

No don't turn up the boost without an intercooler. Also keep in mind you should be only running HIGH octane gas now. Your car probably has 87 in it so DONT TURN UP THE BOOST! Put some good clamps on the oil return lines and JB weld the fitting in the pan even though Jordan already did. Its most likely just the hose. Once you get a good manifold and intercooler installed we tune it at J&M if you want. Mike is fully versed in Uberdata tuning. PM me to set something up. Glad to see you made it home.
