How about you just tear down his signs? I would do the dry ice in the toilets. They will mess up the plumbing and leave no evidence that you did anything.

i like the pencil lead one. that one is irratating. thats the reason my prison banned mechanical pencils, too many gaurds getting locked in the dorms with the inmates after hours when maintenance isnt there.
