We had two issues, transportation (Steve already covered), and Minneapolis had an "Instant Run-off voting" option. Both were passed.
And on the issue of black people being "stupid." Blacks tend to score lower on IQ tests (85 is the average) compared to caucasians (100 average). Asian-Americans are the highest average, standing at a solid 115.
