the dish that takes 4 pots to make
basically
make one pot of basmati rice
one pot of brown lentils
one pot of macoroni
one pot for tomato sauce which can be seasoned however you like it.. aslong as its a tomato sauce
and one fry pan to fry onions which your gonna use as topping
and the seasoning you can top it all with is toss some garlic into a food proccessor dump it in a jar.. add vinnigar and cumin and shake it.. and you just pur that ontop...
what you do is after everything is cooked you layer it into the place...
layer the ---- onto the plate...

brown lentils..
macoroni..
dump tomato sauce ontop..
spoon some of the fried onions ontop...
and have the garlic/cumin/vinnigar mix handy to dump on and season to taste

Just went to Loblaws, picked up dinner, spicy mexican rice in a box, looks pretty simple to make. Then I got a bunch of assorted veggies for a stirfry (brocolli, mushroom, red/green pepper, oignon, snow snap peas) and some GARLIC! Also got some spicy stirfry mix sauce
For a sidedish I got some curry little macaronis, looked like you heat up the noodles, pour in the curry powder, milk and mix, i'll throw something else in there with it
So what Im gonna do is make the spicy rice, good portion, throw that on the bottom, cook up all the veggies in a fry pan and stir in that spicy sauce. The make the curry noodles and put them on the side with a mix of something colour in there to look better.
Whats for dessert?
Dont know what a good universal pleasing dessert is
Also grabbed a 12box of Corona and a lime, I know she loves that
