Default HMT casserole

Didn't know what I was gonna cook for supper, so I started mixing ---- together and came up with this casserole.. turned out pretty good!

Brown some lean ground beef.. soya sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, medium bbq sauce, pepper, spices.

Cut up green pepper, onion, add to beef.

boil rotini noodles, place in casserole dish.
boil broccoli, peas, corn and carrots.

borrow a can of cream of mushroom soup from cutie nextdoor and make it.
mix beef mix with noodles and vegtables. Add cream of mushroom soup to mix and stir together.

Top with grated cheese and place covered in oven @ 325F for 15-20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Your turn to cook next Murdoc and Dr. Boost!!
