I would trust smelling my exhaust and guessing before I trusted what that gauge told you.
I found out later that I was running a little too rich, but when I boosted 17psi at full throttle I could make every single light on the gauge light up and stay on. All at the same time.

Hey Bill I tested out that bin I made in 1.66 and my wideband said RICH almost the whole time lol (that's below 10:1 A/F). I made a new one and got it running pretty decent if you want to take a look at it.
