Starting this year all the new Dodges will come with the 345hp/375lbtq Hemi engine.Chevy and Ford only have 245hp/250lbtq or some ---- like that.

my dads truck is a 2000 and it came with a 330 horse 6.0... why would they go backwards in performance like that?

Is it a Dodge with a 5.9?Couse dodge rated the 5.9 at 245hp and 335lbtq.

Ok I found some info on the 6.0 GMC engine. That was an option in the 1500 and came standerd in the 3500.

When I made the comparrison between all 3(manufacturers) I was stating that Dodge offers the 5.7 345/375 Hemi standerd(no extra charge) in there trucks.Chevy and Ford only offer the 4.7 standerd(no extra charge).Dodge still offers the 4.7 if you dont want the Hemi and its cheaper that way.

You see my point ?
