HF axles into DX tranny ??

hey im swaping in a DX tranny into my car and i want to know can i use my current HF axles...will the shaft fit into the tranny and not leak

i dont think they match, the teeth are diffrent. the HF has less teeth)

u know the knuckle hub has 23 splines...and on the dx/si they have 26 splines...i heard the shaft that goes into the tranny is supposed to be the same as the rest of them....so i heard from others. i think jeff(abaz) told me once that the shaft fits into the other trannies. Can anyone confirm this ?

if jeff said it then go with it. i dont see why honda would go through all that trouble to put 23 splines on one end and not the other. i know the DX tranny will take a normal axel.

The input splines on HF/DX/SI on L3 trannys are all the same.

So yes, you can use a HF axles in a DX

HF's have the different spline count on the hub side.
