Hey, is this normal?
My LM-1 kept giving me a low voltage error and I was like WTF ---- you, you piece of ----! ------- work! and then I calmed down. My cig lighter puts out like 12.06 volts when the car is running, so I decided that the power adapter wires were too long because they were like 300 feet long so I cut them to a reasonable length and soldered them back up. And I was still like WTF!! all that for like .01 volts? son of a bitch! Then, I made a cable with little clips to clip right on the battery and a cigarette lighter adapter I had sitting around. Now, 12.21 volts while running. Better, and the LM-1 actually worked then, but is this normal? I'm used to seeing like 13+ volts on a running car. Maybe the alternator is **** up, but the battery never goes dead and everything lights up OK. Do Hondas usually run at lower voltage?
