even if they did, chances are the strength/stretch/clamping force would be all different due to it being a different fastener, and thats a really critical place to have a different fastener

well you would hope that not matter what, the other ones would not be stretching enough for it to matter...either way id helicoil it or get a new block (i guess you could have it welded and tapped but ive never seen/heard of that)
