Default Hey guys, I need input!

Ok, so here is the story,

My buddy has a 87 CRX SI he wants to sell me.

D15A
%speed, yad yada yada.

My question is, for 900, should I grab it? What options do I have with this motor? Yes, turbo is on my lists of wants, just curious how the engine will take it.

Also, what about swaps? what options do I have there, being the older body style.

I like the aspect of it being a sleeper, due to its older body style.

Any input from you guys is greatly appreciatted!

Aaron

900 if its immaculate.

the D16A1 from 86-89 integra will bolt right in, although you have to either use the 86-87 vacuum advance ECU and distributor, or convert to electronic advance and use 88-89 distributor and ECU.

AS far as other swaps, b series motor mount kits are available, but again, you have to convert the harness for electric advance.

Eh, I would try and find a newer crx 88-91. Easier to mod, easier to find parts etc.

Yeah, to much work and that thing won't be worth everything you put into it. Unless you are just going for a full out drag car, not worth it putting it into a street machine.
