Honestly, at 3-5psi you'll probably end up slower than stock. If you can't "afford" to run at least the minimum your wastegate is set at then you probably shouldn't be running any boost.
A couple minutes of reading the stickies will tell you all you need to know. If you still have SPECIFIC questions then post them.
