Default Hey Everyon

I own a Honda civic (yeah save the bashing for someone who cares) I also own a Geo Metro for work driving (60 miles a day)
I just need basics on what would be needed to run a turbo on a D16z6 if anyone knows all info that would be great, I want to run just between 3-5 psi. the turbo I am working with is a IHI RBH5 VF28. does anyone know the stock psi of this turbo? Also can you just give a list. I wouldnt be running much more than 5 psi. right now I know I need

Turbo Manifold
T3 flange welding to a VF28/29 flange
Down pipe connection from turbo(which I need)
intercooler system. Was looking at something smaller
but not sure which ratio FMU I need
450cc injectors.
BOV.
oil tap lines.

If you know much about this turbo it would be great. I dont know much about them reason I am here. anything else I am missing here.

here is a sample pick

If you have any suggestions on exact parts post links to so I can find out prices and such.

try using the search button, read all the "HEY NEWB READ THIS FIRST" type threads, you'll find it all. Any just so you know, it is manditory that you post **** on this site as your first post. Just a little heads up to help keep the flaming to a minimum.
