i like how he says he wants to rev it out to 11k if its na or 10k if its turbo. powerband ends where it ends i dont know where hes going to get this magic power unless he runs some high *** profile cam and moves his powerband from like 7,000 to 11,000
. and hes using a smaller displacement engine for more reliability for a high horsepower aplication over a larger displacement engine.. and the torque made up ---- wich he alredy has discussed. 500hp h22's run mid 13's? on what steelies with 5 inch wide tires? hes buying a type r red valve cover? and he thinks hes going to be running 11's off 250hp? on slicks at sea level maaaybe

That whole site is filled with ------- morons that don't know what they're talking about. Reading the responses I about wanted to kill myself. Obviously that kid is just like all the others on that site, a kid with a pipedream that will never happen.

---- I can't get over how stupid this guy is. he'd be the kind of guy who'd buy a car wtih 200hp and 111 tq instead of the golf with 190hp and 190 tq.
His reason for wanting a low torque engine is because he claims torque is a prodcut of displacement and causes excessive wheel spin, well hes a ------- idiot cause hp is a product of tq and rpm. he fails to take into account for HP under the curve, and the limits provided by less displacement- there is no replacement for displacement.
TQ wins races, HP sells cars.
