It's funny listening to people talk about things they know nothing about. ::)

Show me a Honda with 11:1 compression running 15 PSI...
Uh....Jeff is/was running more than that I believe. ::)

So many misinformed people talking ---- about things they know nothing about. :-\

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2486041621

I was going to register and educate some bitches, but they won't listen or understand any of it, so ---- it. Let them think they have the fastest cars in the world because of the price tag. ::)

Ppl like that piss me off.Just cause you paid 10's of thousands of dollars to buy your "fast" car doesnt mean it cant be beat buy something that cost way less. This reminds me of when my n/a rx7 smoked my friends boss's corvette, he still dont wanna watch the tape lol

jeff was running 8 pounds on that motor... those guys are retarded though. what kinda dildo says adding 70hp to the wheels will give you a .5 second gain.

wow these people are morons. It will cost at least $1500 for a turbo kit, then probably 5 times more then that?

The stupid ---- didn't even spell "manifold" correctly.

That's always kind of funny about the muslce heads, they think their near-stock cars are cool as hell with a different intake filter and some other doodads.. wait, don't we call those ricers? :P

My cousin thought he was all hot----- in his Camaro until I smeared him once with the CRX.. since then he has gotten an Accord and an RX-7, and plan to turbocharge both ;)

Also, give a few days. We'll see the replies fly in ;D

quit knockin muscle cars retards lmao... was his camaro a v6? prob...

a K&N filter on a LS1/LT1/LS6 motor can gain you some serious HP and torque ~20hp or more

those guys are not muscle heads either, they're just fruitcakes who dream about exotic cars.

id rather have a camaro than the gto or the firehawk if were going to go with factory GM cars. it looks like a mercedes CL

Gotta give 'em credit for some pretty powerful V8's though.. I still want a 69 Camaro Z28.. Muscle cars do rule, but I hate when a redneck with a 1984 Trans Am thinks he's all tough ---- type. Know what I mean?

His camaro was a 305, CFI. TH700-R4 tranny.

lol thats why, all 80s "muscle" cars were such dogs!

305 motor is garbage and should never be used for anything. except maybe the block itself :P

TBI trottle body injection or crossfire injection or whatever is garbage too... lol good for makin torque but no revs... so no hp

J-SMITH69 08-02-2004 12:58 AM

Re:heres something interesting

the 86-87 IROC Z i want to get is a dog stock too... pretty dang slow... but the 350 and the TPI should work well with boost. and the sky is pretty much the limit when you can put any v8 in there.

we have a 68 firebird 400. i want to do a forced induction set up on it but.. it would cost to damn much to redo the suspention and breaks and ---- to make it a sane street car.

Don't forget that the 4L60 trannies sucked ass until 87-88. I've burned up earlier models before

haha, I was like "wow, random is a member of that board" then I kept reading on this thread. if I'm going to have to wait more than 15 seconds to get on there and talk ---- then forget it, random fucked em up already.

No Prob seen it on some damn turbo site and i was like lemme check it out and it pissed me off then they said the proud HMT website so i had to past that ---- to you guys,,,,Im not that active on this board but i read almost every post so i thought i could get you guys seeing what pussies that cant probally even afford these cars talk ---- about ours.

Re:heres something interesting

people on that fourm realy are idiots. 1500 for tires and traction control? the rims to put slicks on are like 80 bucks for both. then like 200 for tires.

WhiteTeg24 08-03-2004 02:41 PM

Re:heres something interesting

Man, that page really bugged me. I'm not really one to talk alot of ---- but those guys are uneducated queers. I would love to show that dude how our budget($1000) SINGLE CAM D16 1.6L VTEC 98 Civic hatch(with STOCK CLUTCH), on street tires, stock internals!!!(ran a 13.1@Bandimere Speedway 2 years ago), would beat the ---- out of that......what the hell was that? A Fiero with a body kit? Either way, Speedmonkey or Spankmonkey, whoever you are. Get your facts straight and hit up your local track sometime and learn more about Honda cars before you bash 'em. ;)

By the way, I like the guy's claim about a 70HP increase to the Civic's REAR wheels, would give him a .5 sec faster 1/4 mile time. Is he high? You can make up a .5 sec with better shifting!!AARRRGGGGG!!

haha good ----. its a waste of timing talking ----, they just will never know.

accordepicenter 08-03-2004 05:07 PM

Re:heres something interesting

they have stock 160hp and do the 1/4mile in well over 16 seconds, so a roughly 70hp increase at the rearwheels would maybe give him a 0.5 second increase in 1/4 mile which would leave him still in the 16 second range, far from a 13 second run. to get into the 13's wider tires and around 300 fwd horsepower would get him there.
oh god... sounds like the typical fucktard "I DONT KNOW ----" mustang/camaro owners.... lol omg
