Its called "Dos Hermanos" or 2 brothers.We are in Denton Tx. wich is 45 minutes north of Dallas but still not in the sticks.

That looks like some good eats. Beef Barbicoa is one of my favorites. Next time I'm near Dallas I'll be sure and stop by. May I suggest some more seafood selections. I had some crab and scallop burritos with cream cheese sauce that was awesome at a place in Phoenix(3 Margaritas). It's probably tough to get fresh ingredients at a decent price that far inland though.

The strip mall that were at will be expnding in a year or so.If all goes well were going to move to a biger suite and then well be full service(waiterses and ----) and well be expanding our menu then.For now were some what of a fast food place with good food and just enough room to accomodate 38 people.

That little town is about 3 hours north west of me.Im 30 minutes from the Texas/Oaklahoma border.Being Mexican I had to move near a border of some kind :P

We would be opening tomorow but the plumber failed 2 inspections this week wich ment that I couldnt get a gas meater,wich meant that I could'nt get final health,electrical,or fire inspections that were planed for this week .He held me up all week so I wrote him a leter and threatend to sue him(in a clam buisness like maner ) for lost revenue if he didnt get me a final today........I got my final today .So as it stands now and if we dont have any more unexpected ---- that comes up we will be opening next Saterday.

Every day on average I turn away 15-20 people at lunch time.And thats with no formal advertiseing.Its frustrating couse thats just money thats walking away when I tell them that weren not open yet .I got a really good feeling about this buisness though.Every where I go and I introduce myself people allways say "were waiteing for you to open!".We're the only place here that will be mesquite charcoal grilling their meats and thats why people are so exited to try our food.Plus all the places that claim to be "mexican food" is really Tex-mex(everything is smotherd in chees )...........Ill keep you guys posted and post some real picts when its all finished!

kinda funny see how many people are disgusted by wichita falls. anyway, i know denton has a nice little 1/8mile track, how far is your resturant from there? might be able to use that to bring a little business; "racers discount" or "racers welcome".
