Help resolve for sale dispute

This is in reference to the following thread :
https://www.homemadeturbo.com/f9/gar...ebuilt-112141/

The turbo was originally listed as a super 60, which i was told it was. The buyer claims that since I listed it as a super 60 and its not (seems to be a 50 trim though i really have no idea...) I owe him a refund. Says my other option is I could refund $50 so he could get a 60 trim wheel, not sure thats possible? I believe the thread is very clear within the first couple of post that i wasnt sure what the turbo was and even proceeded to try to identify the turbo. I later posted well for xxx money you can at least have a nice t3 turbo.... Now I want to be completely fair and not rip anybody off so im asking for advice and if possible from mods as well. To be fair there was a chip in the oil intake side which I didnt post (forget about it) but it does seem visible in the pictures, he did mention it. He also mentioned the cracks around the wastegate hole, which i mentioned in the thread. Also to be fair he claimed he will have to replace the compressor backing seal because it was rtv'd togother. I totally forgot i had a boost leak from the metal to metal seal and had to rtv it togother, seemed to be a common problem with some turbos when i googled it to find out why it was leaking. Now Im asking for advice and wising to come to a compromise with the buyer who is welcome to post.

tell him to piss off, if he read the thread he would have seen that the size of the turbo was not accurate, that the cracks in the wastegate were clearly posted in the add

you owe him nothing, he bought a turbo and now wants his money back because he doesnt like it.

he can sell it and get his money back just fine.
