there was a member on turbod16.com (nothing against that forum, its my second home to HMT) that was making a similar aurgument a while back... dohc zc head interchangeable between D series... never heard of such a thing.

He said he bored holes out and ----. I guess if you fucked it up good enough you could bolt any head on any block, but how rediculous is that? He took the weakest D series block, added high compression pistons(and crank?) and "custom" fitted a DOHC ZC head to create what?? A 1.5 DOHC turd? :-\ I still want to see pictures of a DOHC head on a D15 block.

THe machine work is possible to bolt a zc head onto a d16 or whatever block, but for the work it takes, why the hell not just use teh zc block. YOu know...

hell a z6 head would make more power and be a hell of alot easier..

This is what cracked me up. The rs integra is a single cam, and the d15 is a dual cam. WTF is he on, then he tried to fix it. If he did it good for him, but it was a waste of time and money. ::)
