can`t you file the side a little bit, hammer a smaller impact socket on it?

Looks like it might be a little tough getting a hammer in there, Id try using a smaller sized 12pt socket and getting a huge *** prybar to see if you can wedge the ****** on there. Oh, and when you are trying to loosen it dont just PRY on it, thats what strips the bolts out, you need to give the ****** a good jolt,
