can`t you file the side a little bit, hammer a smaller impact socket on it?

Looks like it might be a little tough getting a hammer in there, Id try using a smaller sized 12pt socket and getting a huge ass prybar to see if you can wedge the fucker on there. Oh, and when you are trying to loosen it dont just PRY on it, thats what strips the bolts out, you need to give the fucker a good jolt,
