is the lug nut stuck (wont rotate) or just keeps rotating but not coming off?

ty for all the help guys i took a deep 15mm socket and hammered the crap out of it onto the lug nut then hit the wrench with a hammer and PRESTO no more stuck lug nut

weld an old socket onto the lug, and plug in the socket wrech and turn/ Did it on my blazer and worked great, and it was stripped to ----.
