I was thinking of purchasing a IHI RHB5 turbo, model VJ11 turbo and i was wondering what else besides the turbo will i have to buy. And is it also a good deal its at ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1874456506. It looks kind of ghetto and its got 24k miles on it. Please help me!!!!

Ya, we have used that turbo on a few of our projects.. Small turbo that spools fast.. TurboHF is selling a kit that has that exact same turbo.

What else will you need?

manifold
adapter plate
downpipe
oil feed line/return
charge pipes
coolant lines
bov
fuel managment
intercooler

I wouldnt spend over 100 bucks on that turbo on ebay..

thats the turbo i chose because it spools quick
and in 6GEN civics you can still have AC and
power steering . just mount it 180 deg.

If you get a homemade turbo setup complete with AC using the HF manifold I will be VERY impressed.. I really dont see how its going to happen. We have tried doing several test fits with differnt turbos, and have only ran into clearence problems.

yep i have that turbo on my CRX right now. it spools up quick. its pretty nice, but im going bigger ;D
