Hello from Spain...and question about D16Z6

Hello, I have a 92 HB with a D16Z6 engine...with 125 Hp (all motor is original)

Whichever power can be increased with the installation of turbo? ..... without harming the reliability.

and whatīs necesary?

turbo kit (turbo,tubes,wastgate....etz)
its necesary a new sistem of injectors? pump fuel?

Sorry but mi english is very elemental...and the turbo itīs semi-new for me....

This is great :D :D

Mi abuelo salio de Espaņa cuando Franco subio al poder, queria matarlo.......

Anyhow, welcome. When done right it can be reliable. If you do not want to abuse the engine, but just want to make a little more, it will last forever. Check out Pat's car, the one that just got stolen. He probably had the strongest D16z6 ever over 200whp and still going.

Read the other posts, and read the projects. You will find anything you need here, then ask specific questions.
Check this link out, it's a basic explanation on what you need. It helps understand where parts go.

If you turbo your Civic you might beat a Ford Focus but I highly doubt you will beat an A3.Especially a new 2.0t one. They run low 14s stock and mid 13s chipped.
Unless you build your D16 for high boost dont expect to beat anything but non turbo Hondas.

yeah :P with your manifold i'm sure that my hatch will run very very nice! hahaha

A3 is fast (i've drove it) but i think b16 turbo runing about 5-6 psi is faster that A3 :y (i think :l)

Thank all.... it is really going to be a slow project, I have to learn much of this forum, and it is my daily car, I cannot risk to me until having it everything very clear.

Sorry for my english...is very limited ;)

Hahahaha!Dude you're on crack.A3,2.0t with DSG will smoke a b16 with 5-6 even 10 pounds. With ESP and launch controll the A3 will be down the road while the B16 turbo Civic is looking for traction.Maybe with some slicks and $2000 in suspension work its do-able but not in street trim. And dont give me that "from a 60mph roll" ----.Real performance is measured from a dead stop.
