i think it should be illegal to even try to punish him with those 4 deaths as they were completely not his fault. what if it was a some other news story besides a chase like covering a speech or search and rescue. if there was a car crash and i wanted to rubberneck while drivin to see it and you do the same then we both crash into eachother is it anyone elses fault.lets blame the cops because if they didn't try to chase him and flash their lights the news helicopters would't be flying and recording and would therefore never crash.
