280 american is 350 canadian, not including shipping (which would be in USD again)..


so in the end.. almost 400 CAD for headlight bulbs...

dont bother man. just go get a $100 set of good driving lights.

the reason is i like the brightness. and shipped they are only like $450 shipped. just plain bulbs don't really do it for me i want something brighter, when i drive in the country i like to see what kind of animal i'm gonna hit

Hid's are nice. If you drive in an area with inadequate lighting a lot it's definitely a plus, definitely see more. But in regular city lighting, it's not too different.

Just make sure you don't get over 5000k the higher the kelvin temp the more blue in the light and i think like 8000k is purple. Somewhere around 4500 you get the most possible light output anything more is just color change.4300k is OEM on BMWs i know that....Also try to use them with projector headlights to be considerate of other people. There are a few kids around here that don't have a clue. They bought there 6000k kits and put them in stock headlights and never re aimed....and this kid wonders why i swirve at him all the time and make him go on the shoulder. ------- idiot....

projector makes it better, also gives the 'cutoff' line that HID standard and properly modded cars have

just put your indiglo gauges inplace of the 9004 bulbs.

Yea projectors just direct the light a lot better....the most blue is around 6000k-6500k any thing more and you start to go purplish. If i was buying a new car i would not go with out this option it's such a difference, around here at least because theres no street lights on the roads i like ;)
