well it's time to bring the buget hatch to the strip at liechest. got a few friends coming. anybody else want to hit it up maybe a little hmt meet?

was a very good night. started out sucking I took the car out with the street tires aired down and had such bad wheel hop that the car kicked out of 1st gear twice! and hopped almost the whole way thru 2nd gear. at this point the corvette that I was running with had a pretty big lead 4-5 car lenghts. ha but by the time we had finished the 1/4 I was right at his door and trapped 2mph faster. pathetic 14.5@ 109 dam it!
ok so I threw the m&h slicks on and went to the line lite the crap out of em in 2nd and rolled up. stuttered it and let her rip hooked up awesome! pulled a 1.9 60ft on the first try and ran 12.2@112.9 I was very pleased with this first time to the track with this car and setup. completly stock rebuilt b18b with a holset hy35 @ 12-13 psi. lots more in this car still since it was my first time with her and in a car in about two years. and since this was done on a BASEMAP thankyou xenocron you are the shiz! |

nice, what was your 60' foot time on the first run. i had a simlar experience my first time to the track. but less dramatic sense i was running only some cheap drag radials the first time. went from mid 13's to a pathetic low 14 on one run to a finall 12.99 on my last run. this was two summers ago...---- its been a long time. trying to get money up to turbo my 91 hatch. like ---- ---- said, wheres your ------- pictures? this thread is worthless without pictures and videos

nice being there last nite to see the budget hatch.I want one now damn you making me want to spend money.I am upset that my car was having issues and would die once i hit 8 psi so couldnt run it all out had to short shift it.O well just put my new wastegate on and we go back.But again props on the fastest car in the crew until jay or jake get theirs done

anybody know what the requirements are for a 11.99 or quicker car? I heard roll bar and fire suit is that true? and what about 10.99 and quicker? |

And my run was on low boost since I went from a 18cm housing to a 12cm unit my ---- runs RICH AS ----. Thanks JD for the help too. And only peoples time involved is DARLY we drink alot/work on cars together Dennis gets gas and a meal when he comes over to help fineline my failing wastegate. ------- EVERY TIME LOL Blundar for 5hrs ---- had issues from the get go with being solid mounts and vibration. Most sensors/electrical units worked loose. ---- GOT FIXED and again my GATE blew a seal/came loose. Ching chone now"yeah I meant to spell it that way" updated with Tial ---- Synapse unit is getting modified at work with a tig/drill/higher temp sealant/ 2 port customization. Synapse reacts so much better but their ---- has flaws, BOV is flawless though |

Have to compliment on what you've done with your car. I've got more money in the head of my Z6 then you have in your motor and I still fail at even gettin the ----- into my car and gettin it running. Good Job and good build.
