Ok, It is finally off to the shop again. I made a few modifcations, basically to beef it up around the ports for more surface area for ease of welding.

The b-series flange is in the work. I need to go by mr. parkers and test fit one on his flat-rate :P b16 to make sure I am dead on.

I am going to get pricing on friday. The price of steel is flucuating soooo much that it is hard to get hard numbers but the man I need to talk to will be there friday.

I will keep everyone posted and maybe we can get some of these out to people.

UPDATE

I finally got the damn burn table to cut a decent flange today. I cut it out of 5/8 plate which is a little to thick. I am going to cut one out of 1/2 plate.

For Abaz, I asked my shop foreman about pricing and he said around $20 each. That seems high to me but he said it was that way because they have to take someone off of something else to do it. So you might be better off staying with who you are using now. Sorry I couldn't help you out. If I can get the pricing down I will definatly let you know.

I am located in Shawnee, west side of Kansas City. My shop is Topeka. The only problem I see is that your manifold is already cut out. The burn table I use cuts these from large sheets of plate. It will be next to impossible to get the head of the plasma cutter to line up with your flange and not to mention that it runs off of autocad dxf files so I would have to make an autocad file of what you allready have cut out.

Your best bet would be to find a plasma cutter or even an air saw or sort to cut these out.
