Default Header Flange

Well, tommorrow I head to the shop to attemp my first header flange on the burn table. I am not sure how smooth the flame will cut it. I will post up pictures tom. with the results.

D or B series? I need both, and lots of them for cheap

As of now, I only have the d-series, but I can whip up a b-series no problem. We have a plasma burn table now with a water jet and laser table coming within the next month. I am just curious how it will turn out with the plasma table. Since it is flame cut, it might need a little finish work, but we'll see. I'll keep you posted

Well, I will see if I can get some pricing out of the shop. Are you looking for mild steel or stainless? I am personally going to use stainless.

Ok, so someone in the shop stole my steel so I didn't get to burn a flange today. Hopefully I can round up a piece in the next couple of days.
