Tried the two by four technique. It didnt work, i ended up putting a 2x4 on the water neck and hitting the 2x4 with a cinder block. I ended up breaking the water neck in half. Dont know what the hell to do know? I have been beating the ---- out of it, and wont budge.

You want to put the exhuast mani on put the 2x4 so it hits undernieth the runner and the use the floor jack to press it upwards...worth a shot
