head swaps

I need some Ford gurus to answer this one for me. Can you swap a 32v DOHC 5.4L S/C (GT500) to a 16v SOHC 5.4L S/C (99-04 Lightning)?

Also, whats a cheap site to find performance parts?

I have no cule on the head but i gues you can people have put neon heads on dodge shadows so i am guessing with some work you can do it.
