Depends on the machine shop. They usually don't list prices and do quotes on an individual basis.

Here's the prices of the stuff I've had done lately and what I paid.

Flywheel resurface - $30
Head hot tank and surface - $70
Block hone - $6 per cylinder so $24
Block deck - $70

It seems like it's always more expensive then I think it's going to be.

You also get what you pay for. I use a machine shop that is a little higher priced than most, but the guys that work there are very experienced and do extreemely good work. Don't just go with the cheapest place.

port and polish doesnt realy do ---- if you're boosting. no one even polishes ports anymore realy. postings not to bad. most places just charge a flat rate for labor and its usualy around 90-100 an hour.

the first thing you need to figure out is your power goal. with just forged internals and a fatty turbo you can safely hit 300whp+ no problem.
