Dude I know how you are feeling, me and my girlfriend of a year just broke up....the situation is what hurt the most because nothing has been settled or anything, I don't even know what is going on right now. but it has been a week now, and things are getting better, I was super depressed as well, i was on meds for a bit before we broke up, I think i knew it was coming. Like everyone says just block it out....even though it is so hard to do. Before not a minute would go by without thinking about it but now i'm up to like an hour

yeah, nothing but yourself in this world, the times will all pass until you die, so get by however you can. Dont let another person make you feel "sad" besides sadness and depression is only a state of mind, if you are depressed your brain is controlling you and making you feel like that, i dont know about you but i control my brain and it isnt gonna make me feel how it wants me to, i feel how i want i think for myself and ---- everyone, cept for the HMT family i love you guys

If you haven't noticed. Guys stick together. You will always have friends and your car. Women will be there also just not the next morning. hehe. I have never been in that long of a relationship so I really can't say to much. Never force a realtionship. If you don't think that something is right then it usually isn't. All ways talk to them about problems that you think you might have. Being open is key. And if they arn't open with you then they have a problem. Its like taking a test go with your first instinct. Make that woman that you marry count. You don't want to be married twice or 3 times. Thats for the fools that rush in. Just be glad that she left you now and not what you got married. Then you have to go through all that legal ----. But hey we are here and support you through all of this. DON'T GET DRUNK. For like 2 months. that just makes things worse. Belive me. Damn 3 years... thats a hell of a long time... i think that would pretty much ---- up anyones day.... i dont care how much of a man you think you are.... You dont just forget 3 years of your life from 1 day to the next...
Well all i can tell you bud is just take it 1 day at a time... This ---- she pulled is unforgivable i dont care how good the ----- is... its not worth the drama...
Whatever the ---- you do... dont resort to drinking or drugs to forget about it...
Just focus your time and energy on more important things like your car and family.... You will eventually get over her.....

seriously though, just turn your pain into hatred. I've had a number of bitches turn on me, there is nothing you can do about it except learn to stay away from the crazy bitches in the first place. You need to turn the pain into anger and hatred and then focus that towards something like lifting or drinking or something. I was always in the best shape after a bitch left me b/c I would just go to the gym all the time to push out the hatred.
