Re:Has anyone Ported stuff themselves?
Its pretty easy to do. there are a few kits floating around that come with all the accerories you need to do it which is really nice. cause you'll spend a lot of time and money getting the stuff seperatly. look @ jegs or summit I know they have the kits.

I went and got mine from a local shop... Ask the shops around you if they have any for sale....
Its not hard, but it takes alot of time....to do it right anyway. |

Re:Has anyone Ported stuff themselves?
Don't use a dremel. I tried it once and hopefully will never have to do it again. You want a big, low RPM, torque monster grinder. One of the most useful bit's I have experience with is a 1x.5" (I believe) oval bit with a 3" shaft. Then stock up on a bunch of cartridge rolls (40, 60, and 80). And don't go buck wild removing material from the ports. Honda ports flow awesome from the factory. Check out www.theoldone.com There's a ton of good info on that site.

Here is a link to an old tech article on our website. The backgrounds are gone, so a few sentences are hard to read. It shows the process we used to port/gasket match HF manifolds.

yeah don't remove alot of material beacause honda stuff flows great from the factory. port matching is easy and will get you the most improvement.
