Well finally finished.

Look at this mess!

Turns out the "new" alt grounded itself on the inside and was causing the short. Setting it fire the other day prob did not help. At least the radio works now. Just got to work out the boost leaks and some other issues and this thing should be road worthy soon.

Does anyone have a boost leak tester I can use local for a few minutes?

not at the moment. but as far as running you in your daily, i wouldn't get ahead of yourself
Its a dsm prob break before it gets off the line. Its a fun run. Don't know many cavi's that can say they beat a dsm. Its mostly stock anyways. 8 psi till I find my boost controller.

guess i'm the exception. i beat up on more than a few 16g dsm's back when my car was stock block turbo
