You got one of the 7X10 or 7X12 asian mini-lathes?

I want pics, and how much did you pay for it?

I was going to pick up their 40.00 Tube Notcher and give it a try. Just depends on how long it's on sale.

most of the stuff harbor frieght has is useless. the wrenches break, the breaker bars break, the impacts don't impact enough, the engine hoists are pretty decent. but all that really is is a jack with some ---- welded to it. but hell, for the price its worth it.

Ya but they replace hand tools just bring them in when they break. I have broken like 3 pickle forks from there replaced it every time no questions asked.

i was looking at their tube notcher it is 29.99 in the catolog that i have. but so far i have been happy with the product for the price. and about the impact wrenches most that i have used have exerted the force or close to it that they claim to, you probably orderer their 150ft/lbs electric impact wrench and that isn't going to do ---- or if it was air then your compressor couldn't flow enough to exert the maximum force

I have their tube nothcer, it works good for the money. I also bought itwhile on sale and used a coupon.
I had to do some grinding on the vise section to get it to hold the tube in the center of the hole saw. I also welded a chunck of aluminum to it to stiffen it up a bit.

I went there tonight and bought a couple of the 4.5" angle grinders. I have a nice dewalt that will now just have a cut-off duty, and mount a couple different grinding wheels on the cheap HF units. :)
And in case any of you don't have this one.

a 4 1/2 angle grinder is one of the best tools ever invented. I don't think I've gone a week with out using it since I've bought it. they probably cost about 10 dollars from there. So buy one. and when it wears out you won't be able to live without it and you will get a good one.

reciprocating saw = the suck. It sometimes fails to engange and the motor just spins internally. But it was also just 20 bucks... and i did use it quite a few times.

Angle grinder = the ----

I want a drill press. Maybe even a 12 or 20 ton press. You think those are enough to push suspension bearings out?
