dumbass question
please keep this in gd as it is a retarded question and nothing i ask is worthy of tech section 
main relay is fucked on my car... i hot wired it to run and it runs like ------- ----
is that just because its hotwired? or does hotwiring the main relay act the same as if the relay was working?
its jerking aand back firing cutting out running like ----
its acting like my truck which runs rich as ---- when you get on the throttle it bogs to ---- then eventually picks up power... lame
this didnt stop me from doing my first sweet crx burn out tho
help me get this ------ running so hmt tax return and paycheck boost madness can occur

Get the relay man. Im not a electronics guy but I dont think hardwiring the main relay is just as good as a rad. fan on a external switch.

Check grounds, check the power wire from the laternator that goes into the underhood fusebox, check the fuses in the underhood fuse box. Get rid of the battery light and we go from there.
