well i am not really too up on the politics of the region but i really like the way isreal deals with this ----, when someone messes with them they start killing people with no regard for so called "collateral damage" , i think the palestinians are stupid for not understanding that bad ---- will stop happening to them if they just stop launching rockets and having people blow themselves up all the time.

England didn't grant independance to anyone where Israel now stands. It's widely known that high officials made promises to Arabs and Jews for the land (look up Balfour Declarations). You forgot to mention the 1947 UN two party plan which was rejected by Muslims. You can also trace the hate way back to the English days when officers wrote back saying, "The hatred of the Arab people towards the Jews will make it impossible for them to live together."

The Jews came by the boat load because they had no where to go. They were granted refugee status after the holocaust and the UN eventually allowed for the Jews to fight for their own independance.

The USA only came into effect after the Soviet Union started supplying the Arabs with weapons. This goes back to the cold war. Somehow you seem to forget the inconvenient history of both sides. It's almost funny how the Israeli's intercepted the Arab MIG fighters in the 1967 war speaking in Russian over the radios.

The problem with Arabs isnt in the history. It's in the fact that they can't accept the history or end their hatred. Why can't the Arabs realize that the land is not theirs like it was when the Ottoman-Turks ruled? Why is it taking them 60 years to realize, "Holy ----, we're living in shambles because we hate everyone for having what we dont."

Buk, I'm sure you know the history so when you quote it, don't forget to mention the other side.
