Car's are a hobby, Hobbys are there for fun. I mean i don't watch much TV, I don't really have any thing in my life right now, but i love cars they are one thing that i actually can learn more about and just to have fun with. I love Cars. I thought about giving up trying to make a car better a million times. But you know its there for your enjoyment and who cares what other people think. As long as you have fun with it. I guess once you get sutiated you will come back to them. But i guess in the end I would much rather end my life then give up a hobby and feel guilty about it.

i can't blame you, I've gone through too much just to get nothing in return :-\ 5 honda's in 3 years and all put up for sale. None of them boosted. Put together 2 almost complete turbo kits, one gone the other soon to follow. It's fun in a way, but it really sucks out of five, none seen boost. :-\ :'(

And I know someone's gonna say it, 'but you got a v12' yeah but that's on a completely different list, that car and the hondas business don't get mixed up, until now, I need to buy some rims and honda funds gonna have to get em for me. :'(

I'm doing the same thing... kinda...
I've got my boosted sol, and a b18 powered hatch. The hatch is going this week, and I'm getting a Jeep. I know if I bought another honda, I'd just modify that too. I've got way too much into bost cars, but it'll be worth the change. I'm trying to save for a house, and modding two cars leaves enough to pay the bills, and little more...
I definitely know where you're coming from.

Well I have a plan also. Im in my last year of highschool this coming up year and what I plan on doing is not even buying a car instead im going to big cheese it this year. That way I dont have to make any payments all I have to do is save my money up that way when I finally do graduate I will have a greater variaty of cars to choose from that I can make my payments on easily. I also can make my insurance for the whole year and use the extra cash for setting up an autoX/Roadracing car. My first year after highschool will be so tight. No house payments/Rent, saved up money when I need it and My moms real big in to education so she's paying for my Automotive Technician classes in College. So after I become ASE Certified I can work anywhere in Georgia for no less than $15/hr. By this time I should be a 19 or 20year old baller.

Re:Had a revalation tonight

my first year after school will be securing a job and a lift in a full garage. from there I'm going to use a built honda engine and build a mid engined racer from scratch. Carbon fiber tub, leather interior... basically my own low cost mclaren ( it WILL hit 200mph), something along the lines of a lotus. Only it will be MINE because I made it, not just followed some directions on how to swap in an engine or sold my kidney for a ferrari. I've actually been cadding the dimensions up since 11th grade. Beat that niggles.

Oh, and cars aren't exactly the best thing to buy right out of the gate. I'd invest in some realty (a house) or spend some time in the stock market, get your flow really going.

real estate is where it's at now-a-days. If you want a house 20 years from now, you better buy it now.
