Re: Hacks
Not a long time ago I got, Windows XP, Windows Vista, MacOSX and Gentoo in quad boot.
Go fist your mother with your dual boot. By the way I don't see any screenshot of MacOSX. Have you some hardware compatibility issue? :P
On my laptop I only use xp, vista and ubuntu.

Re: Hacks
I dual boot vista and osx on my laptop.
The desktop dual boots osx and vista, but stays in vista. More stable for a computer that has to run 24/7/365 than one hacking osx in it. Plus vista's MCE with the TV pack owns. Watching ESPN HD on the xbox 360 on game weekends, and endless 720p movies on a 108" projector is sweet.
On the laptop its a tossup. MCE with the TV pack is good, but not alot of peoples hardware is going to work on it for clear qam.
Really the only thing aftermarket in OSX I really like. EyeTV is the best ---- ever.
I dont like OSX because its not compatible with anything. Dont like it because there are not enough programs for it. OSX's hacked speedstepping doesn't work nearly as well as windows... I get an extra on vista. Hacked video drivers are not stable with multi outputs. Rear sound output doesn't work. Flash reader doesn't work. Chinese bluetooth surprizingly is a standard osx driver tho... Miss having readyboost. The install for many systems can boil down more into trying to luck into getting your first boot for an hour.
Safari sucks, but that's regardless. I use opera anyway because its ****.
On the laptop I boot osx 90% anytime Im not mobile. I think its aight for a non-power user, but notice I do anything related to video, pictures and the like on a desktop vista -----. yup yup.
Besides... Some flash things dont run on Opera and IE8 beta just came out.

Re: Hacks
here it is in all of its glory. i even have cs 1.6 running through parallels, makes gaming possible on mac.
everything worked with my hackintosh as soon as i installed it. no driver issues no sound headaches. The only problem is that the command key works only some of the time.

Re: Hacks
Your hacking skills are impressive but the cold reality of the matter is while you guys are cyber humping eachothers legs, it has become painfully obvious that you guy need a couple things: Girlfriends, and new hobbys.
This thread sucks the sack sweat off Bill Gate's *****.

You have to use timers, interruptions, registry, stack blah... At least we code it in C and not in ASM lol I plan, when I'll have the time, to use that board for my car.
I can read sensor, generate PWM, ... all that a ECU already make or almost lol
Btw, the mainboard was on a robot that had motors, was detecting objects, distance, color, line and we had that LCD
