true but another good thing is just knowing alot about somebody and the usual format of thier passwords. like if somebody always uses a word with the first letter capital and a number at the end or something liek that then you can normally guess it.

Recently Joel (wannabe) posted a thread on a local forum about how he and his girlfriend fight all the time, and he wanted some advice. Everyone on the forum pretty much told him to get rid of the bitch. (here: http://www.fargostreet.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=11840) Now I haven't heard anything since then but now I come on HMT and find this post about wanting to hack his "ex-girlfriend's" myspace to play a practical joke. Knowing joel personally I knew this was no practical joke, it was just creepy Joel wanting to stalk his ex. I made a topic on th local forum titled something along the lines "jealousy is a bitch isn't it joel..." I linked to this thread, and knowing full well that once he saw it he would change his posts here I quoted his posts from here onto the local forum. Now tonight I get home from work and have a PM from him titled WTF? . My thread is gone and joel has a new one here http://www.fargostreet.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=12458
